Mark joined Teamsters Local 14 as a business agent in 2018. Mark organized and led the unionization effort at Elara by Hilton Grand Vacations, successfully winning a union contract in 2015, despite steep opposition from the Hilton mega-chain.

After serving as a steward for the union for 3 years, he joined as a business agent and participated in several organizing drives across the country; including California, Atlanta, Spokane, and Seattle. In 2019, he successfully organized valet attendants at the Palms hotel, winning the union vote in a landslide after two previously unsuccessful campaigns.

Mark is the lead for 12 houses under Teamsters Local 14.
