Open Enrollment for Teamsters Security Fund for Southern Nevada – Local 14 starts October 15 and runs through November 15, 2018. This is your once-a-year opportunity to change your medical and dental plan elections.   

To cover your spouse in 2019, you must submit a Spousal Affidavit, even if you completed one last year. Beginning October 15, login at www.teamsters14healthfund.com to complete your Open Enrollment elections and Spousal Affidavit. Changes you make take effect January 1, 2019.
